Welcome to the registration page for the 2026 ISME Pre-Conference Seminars that will take place in various cities across Canada. Each ISME Commission hosts its own seminar with its own schedule, venue, registration fee, and participation requirements. Please expand the relevant Commission below to view details and complete your registration.

ISME Membership requirements

All presenters and co-presenters are required to hold active ISME membership in order to register for the pre-conference seminars.
Non-members are welcome to register as general attendees at the pre-conference seminars.

Visa & Travel Support

You will be asked if you require a visa invitation letter on the registration form.

Those traveling from any of the pre-conference seminar venues to the ISME World Conference in Montreal can take advantage of several travel discounts available exclusively to world conference registered participants. Below is a summary of the options currently offered:

Air Canada:

Special flight discounts are available for participants who have completed their world conference registration and payment.

Porter Airlines:

Up to 10% off eligible base fares (excluding the lowest sale fares) for travel to and from the ISME 2026 World Conference. 

VIA Rail Canada:

10% off the best available fares in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, and Sleeper class, subject to each fare plan’s conditions and restrictions.

Registration Important Dates

Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <EarlyBird Deadline>. Should your registration remain unpaid on <next day>, 2026 , early bird registrations will be upgraded to the Regular Registration fee, if applicable.
Regular registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <Regular Deadline> 2026. Should your registration remain unpaid on <next day>2026 regular registrations will be upgraded to the Late Registration fee, if applicable.
Late registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <Late deadline>, 2026. Should your registration remain unpaid on <next day>, 2026 late registrations will be upgraded to the Onsite Registration fee, if applicable.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policies

For cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET, April 30, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of $50 USD.

Cancellations received after 23:59 PM ET, April 30, 2026 , and no-shows are non-refundable.

Visa denials and delays do not qualify for refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to comms@isme.org

Registration Policies

A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact comms@isme.org.
No badge will be delivered until full payment of open invoices is received.
There will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the pre-conference seminars. By agreeing to attend the conference, you consent to be filmed, photographed, or recorded at the pre-conference seminars.
It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.
