ISME Membership requirements for Pre-Conference Seminar Registration
- All presenters and co-presenters are required to hold active ISME membership in order to register for the pre-conference seminars.
- Non-members are welcome to register as general attendees at the pre-conference seminars.
- Join ISME here or Login to your ISME account here and click on “My Account–>Renew” on the top right corner.

Visa & Travel Support
You will be asked if you require a visa invitation letter on the registration form.

Registration Terms and Conditions
- Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <TBA>, 2026. If your registration remains unpaid on <TBA>, 2026 , your early bird registrations will be updated to the Regular Registration fee.
- Regular registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <TBA>, 2026. If your registration remains unpaid on <TBA>, 2026, your regular registrations will be updated to the Late Registration fee.
- Late registration pricing will be accepted until 11:59 PM ET on <TBA>, 2026.
- A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact comms@isme.org
- ISME2026 or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By registering to attend the pre-conference seminar, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded during the conference.
- It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.
- All registration is subject to availability.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellations received prior to 11:59 PM ET on <TBA>, 2026, registration fees will be refunded less service charge of US$50.
- Cancellations received after 11:59 PM ET on <TBA>, 2026, and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Please note that visa denials and visa process delays do not qualify for any exception to the conference cancellation and refund policy.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
- All changes and cancellations must be submitted via email to comms@isme.org
